Covid-19, Chest Pain

Question

I am suffering from Covid-19. 2 days ago I lost my ability to taste and smell. My symptoms of cough and fever are mild otherwise,however the thing which is worrying me is chest pain since yesterday as last night I was shivering and feeling chills. Now the shivering and fever is gone but chest pain is there. 
I am taking azomax,panadol,cosome and surbex Z. Is there any blood thinning tablet I need to add? Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I would advise you should go ist for chest x-ray preferably CT thorax for chest changes .if there is any changes then we can start injectable blood thinning agents not oral
u can start steroids
if any other concerns would be highly appreciated

what's your saturation temperature n pulse right now?
continue with the same treatment
star tab loprin 75 mg 1 tab daily for 14 days
take steam inhalation 3 times a day
drink hot beverages qehma yakhni
if u feel the same symptom go for x-ray chest
recite surah e tagabun alot
