i have a slight fever 99-99.6 for 2 days, so i consult the dr as i had a fever he suggest me the test and reports are here by attached. i had a gerd history and 2 days back i was feeling pain in my chest and having problem in swallowing so dr suggested me few medicine related to that now i am feeling better,but today i got these reports, now what should i do next? is it due to covid or some thing else and secondly, is it serious,?
