On Thursday Eve I had pain in middle part just below the lungs, next day I got 100'F fever and my taste and smell gone, fever got under control through Panadol. On safe side I got covid 19 test on Tuesday yesterday it was detected. So my question is should I go for chest x-ray or just take vitamins and fruits and stay isolated for 14 days ?
Current symptoms No smell no taste Mild fever during afternoon only upto 99 I take one Panadol and it gets under control Nose blocked - I am taking steam Dry throat no cough due to nose blockage I guess
Please isolate yourself at home.
take panadol for fever.

if you have any problems in breathing , you feel persistent headache, weakness of any part of body, problems with speech or vision , seek medical advice
there is no need for x-ray at the moment.

please note that I am feeling overall weakness and dizziness specially if I do some physical activity like cleaning my room etc, further sometimes I find the lights not that bright like that feeling when you have extreme fever....and though I can't smell anything but still I feel quite bad odour in nose while I breathe deeply...should I take azomax for some possible infection in throat or nose ?
You should do the chest xray since you are complaining of lower chest pain with fever. If positive go to a hospital immediately. Also watch for difficulty in breathing upon exertion and oxygen saturation 94% or below and irregular heart beat. If any of these signs positive go to hospital.

I got x-ray done (which as per doc was OK) and checked myself with doctor he prescribed me the following along with complete isolation :
Macrobac 1 tab daily for 7 days
Panadol 1 tab daily 3 times
Cac 1000 1 daily
Surbex Z 1 daily
Fruits
Normal meal
Adrak and honey Kehva 2-3 times daily
Steam and gargles
Since 6th June I got all the symptoms but test was performed on 9th June and I am in isolation since 6th.
Now alhamdulilah my taste and smell is almost back, but still I get around 98.8 - 99 fever during some part of the day and sometimes it gets below normal.
Since the azithromycin is over, now only I am taking Panadol but since yesterday I have slight pain in throat and I feel spice and itching in throat and in middle of stomach (just below lungs) while taking normal meal
My question is should I get repeat PCR on 25th since 6th June was the first day of covid19 symptoms, or should I wait for this mild 99 fever to get over and all the itching in throat, then go for test?
Also any suggestions for this spice and itchy feeling in throat
