asalam o alaikum my father has bulbar myasthenia since 5 years and is on medication amygra and imuran he takes imuran ( immunosuppressant) one tab 50mg daily my question is what are the guidelines for vaccination in myasthenic patients in Pakistan? which vaccine is better for him? any special assessment is made in such patients prior to and after vaccination? looking forward for suggestions
