hi
I am sorry to hear about your mums sats of 93% with 3 l oxygen is not a very good would be worth knowing how much she desaturate on stopping she should be managed in monitored envoirment but saying this looking at state of hospitals in Pakistan I can't say that is the best place at present provided you can cont to keep her on oxygen till she is able to maintain these sats on room there is not much role of medication though as you would have heard dexamethasone may have some clinical benefit in such group of patients if given for short and IV coagulation is unfortunate sequel of COVID sec to chemicals released by immune she has been found to have DVT she need to be either on blood thinning injections like clean /fragmin that are given according to weight of patient or NOAC in form of tablets like apixaban , adoxaban or rivoroxabran can be used. but please read risk benefits and side effects before using them .I part for speedy recovery of your mother
