surbex z one tablet daily,take plenty of water regularly use one tsf honey in mild hot water and drink it. do this routine for a week..the after a week or one and half week repeat the test.
you cannot reduce covid antibody by any method except by waiting. The more the gap between covid infection and antibody tests, the lesser the antibody count will be. wait for 1 month and repeat the test
