Talk to General Physician on Covid - Bad Smell & Taste

I lost sense of smell and taste 100% on 3rd July.

Taste and smell came back in first week of August but I taste and smell weird things like smoke all the time, food tastes rotten or like chemical

It's 27th September and it still tastes and smells very bad and not the original smell/taste. It's most likely parosmia or phantom smells.

Please advise what should I do.
