Talk to General Physician on COVID Complications

I was diagnosed COVID positive on 10th June. Overall symptoms included loss of smell and taste and 1-2 days throat infection. Around 5 days before COVID test and till today I am having pain in jaws( like at base of teeth) and in joints of fingers. No pain in any other body part. It's just joints of fingers of both hand and jaws (sometimes in upper jaw, sometimes in lower jaw).
