Talk to General Physician on Covid Fever

Hi, it's my 9th day of self isolation, got fever 9 days back and started Azitma 250mg twice a day with panadol 3 times. Fever was stable on 99 till 7th day, Again Fever started on 7th day between 100,101 and 102.

Did not get pcr test done because on 4th day smell and taste was these symptoms I isolated myself

please suggest further as fever is not settling down.
