Asking For Father, Male 75, peshawar

My father has covid,it must be his 14th day,he had 92% ox saturation throughout, doc has given him iv medications like decadron and sulzone,now he is taking azomax.He has started eating and feels well now.i need to know is x-ray of lungs is needed or CT scan? what is needed to make sure he is alright and will recover soon?

wait for some days , will observe patient for 1 month if saturation 94 on room air if saturation is worsening then will decide what to do
mean while you can repeat x ray

His x-ray is not quite clear and he has cough ,his fever got back and he has ox saturation is above 90 but it went down to 87 now it's back to above 90. I am not with him that is why I can't share his x-ray. He is on steroids now , decadron. I feel helpless

My post was approved after 3 days.His symptoms got better but I think it was due to steroids.the moment that stopped he is feeling very weak.

but x-ray is also ok.

add multivitamins (specifically vitamin c and d ) in his diet

He is on steroids now, decadron. I am asking my brother for an x-ray but he is not sharing that,but he said it has few spots at the end of the lungs. But my father has no shortness of breath ,he has cough though

Sir , he is having antibiotics and steroids through iv. The LDH and CRP levels are very high,is that dangerous,or will he recover ?
