Hello, how are you? Please confirm the weight and height for patient. with this scoring kindly have him admitted preferably with Bipap or Nasal Cannula flow oxygen. In addition, since he is already on the 9th day Remdesivir treatment might not be too effective (usually has benefit) in early days. However, IV antibiotics treatment, steroid therapy and Actemra can still be opted for. Kindly get his following blood work done as well CBC, CRP, LDH, D D Dimer.
