My aunt was suffering from covid a week ago she is diabetic she took antibiotic course and Evopride half for diabetes Fever is resolved by panadol But fasting glucose from last 5 days is btw 290 to 320 Nd she has a lot of weakness in body even she is unable to stand She make voices due to pain and pain is also in lower back Nd now from 2 days she is also talking irrelevant means she wake up at night and call someones name and ask k wo mujhe sone nahi deti khana kha liya hai etc Plz tell the solution

She should be checked for Covid activity if it happened a week ago plus rule out any electrolyte disturbances,liver or kidneys dysfunction..Her blood sugar is high.
Blood CBC
CRP Serum creatinine urea electrolytes,LFT,TSH,
possible lumbar puncture and CSF examination along with CT brain may or may not be needed.
She needs to be put on Insulin and Covid protocol.
