Talk to General Physician on Covid Pneumonia

Assalamoalaikum ... My mother (64 years) got HrCt which showed 7/25 lungs score, Doctor prescribed Remdisivir and Tanzo (antibiotic) course , which completed on 8th April, We went to dr. next day and He said condition is good ( by checking with stethoscope ) and didn't ask to get hrct or xray again. My mother was doing fine but from last 3-4 days she is again having dry cough ( twice or thrice per hour). What can be the reason , should we go for xray/scan again , or take any cough syrup.
