Mother testes positive on 27th april while she got fever on 18th april. She is allergic to pollen niw she us having headacge in and off with throat pain and fever somtimes 99 oxygen saturation is ok already taking surbex. Kindly tell what should b taken else or she needs physical examination. *she went for chest xray on 29th april that was fine)

Is your mother diabetic,or hypertensive or having any chronic liver kidney disease?
If none of risk factors are there,just watch her for fever thrice a day and record temperature and oxygen saturation.
If oxygen saturation falls to 95 please contact.
Otherwise continue with paracetamol tab if fever is 100.Take SOS.
Take a healthy diet with egg,soup,vegetable,soup salad,fruit.
Take good amount of fluids.8 glasses per day.
Salt water lukewarm gargles for throat
Steam inhalations.
Take honey one teaspoon in half cup warm water.
Take an anti allergic Zyrtec tab 10 mg once at night.
