plz do COVID PCR and Do gargles and take lot steam and use xyniocine nasal spray

2- get yur PCR done
3- aik pulse oximetre le len agar n keep on checking your Saturation if it gets below 94% then apko IV therapy ki taraf jana prega foran hee..
4-for fever use paracetamol, start azitma 500mg once daily ,surbex Z and montika 10mg once daily at night .
5- IV ju traf tab he jana hai agar to Saturation drop kre ya sans lene main issue ho right now sans lene main issue is lye bhi ho skta tha u are getting panic .so relax first of all

Go for chest x rays pA view and CBC
Advised to get tested for Covid.
Get COVID-19 RT-PCR
Take Cap. Eskem 40 mg once daily
Syp Coferb 2 tsf x thrice daily
Syp Motilium 2 tsf x as needed for vomiting
For detailed assessment of symptoms, take appointment for online video/audio consultation
get tested for covid and determine oxygen saturation from hospital
Plz isolate urself,get covid PCR done,even if its negative also you need chest xray PA view,may need additional medication,need one to one discussion with physician
Go for RT PCR test for covid .Isolate yourself.
Start Azomax tab 500 mg Once a day for 5 days.
Buy a pulse oximeter.Check your oxygen saturation.It should be above 95.If low ,consult with Covid report.

Dont Panic after vaccination normally its symptoms dont worsen
Monitor your Oxygen Saturation and Blood pressure
