Asking For Someone else, Father, Male, 49 Years old, Bahawalpur

My father was administered with covid vaccine SINOVAC on 27th May 2021 from bahawalpur. His second dose was on 27th June 2021 but he missed that dose because SinoVac vaccine is not allowed in UAE as he works in UAE. I consulted one doctor he said ur father can get any different vaccine after three months of first dose of vaccine shot he took now can we get his Second Vaccine from any centre. Is it safe to get another vaccine or we should avoid? Please guide sincerely

The reactions after the second dose were the same as those commonly seen after getting the same vaccine for both shots—fever, chills, fatigue, and headache.
