Asking For Brother, Male 45, lahore

5 days ago he felt swear pain around his shoulders and calf muscle along with his BP shooted upto 170/120. we went in emergency got medicine( norvsc 10mg). ECG was normal. dr. said it was stress based issue and will be ok in a while. after two days same problem was faced. BP went upto 170/115. treated BP and problem vanished. now we consulted our MEDICAL SPECIALIST. he advised two tests CRP and Lipid profile. (both reports are attached belo) tablets devised by him are for 7 days. TAVANIC 250 TAB. CALPOL SYRUP. COSOME. ( couph is also there.) norwasc

now after taking the medicine for 3 days issue is still there. now even his mucsles like calf, bi and triceps, shoulder muscles and chest muscles etc. start trmebling at times. and Bp is still arround 140/100.

what should we do. thankful in advance.

first control BP of pt
Make chart and monitor three times daily
any previous history of Hypertension (increased bp)?
then share bp readings
avoid fatty food , less salt in meals
cholesterol is raised
is there any shortness of breath? along with cough?
use following temporarily
10mg (1+0+0)
5mg ( daily one time a day)
