can anyone explain me last chest scan was clear before surgry but in the last two lines they are saying that something is suspicious in help me what is this report is showing

There are some new findings in the lungs which were not present in previous scan. To confirm the diagnosis of what is in the chest, patient will require a PET scan. Do visit your primary oncologist and follow their advice. May be some more additional tests are also recommended.

please give a brief history of the patient.
usually such finding could be post traumatic. Any history of any infection or illness as inflammation is there.
localized Inflammation usually present as mass.
We can attain two paths.
first you can wait and watch for 3 months. Picture would be clear.
However if there is an illness and patient is in problem then you can go for an urgent PET scan.
My suggestion is if there is no present illness and no other issue then you can wait for three months.
