Talk to General Physician on Daily Headache And Unreal Feeling

I have headache almost daily , without medicine it does not go away , and secondly i always feel lethargic after waking up no matter how much i sleep i never feel fresh after waking up…today i have severe headache and i am feeling kind of unreal means the surroundings and even myself is feeling unreal or weird to me i dont know how to explain this but its a bizarre kind of feeling, what to do i have to take panadol for headache almost daily i am fed up
