my children age 3 and 1 have a lot of dandruff and lice in their hair a lot of to the point their hair seems covered with white powder I have cut short my son hair still his tiny hair have white powder like all over. kindly recommend a remedy that can work asap I wash and comb their hair regularly yet no relief can I apply 1 part vinegar and water in their hair? or petroleum jelly to remove them ?
