Asking for Husband, Male, 32 years old, Peshawar
Salam My husband had fever 102 on 23rd sep. He did test. It was positive dangue fever. Its 6th day today and he has no fever today. And his platelets from 23rd to 29th sep were as follows Day 1: 230 Day 2: 180 Day 3: 203 Day 4 : 196 Day 5: 188 Today his platelet count is 188 Im just worried about the fact that how is he going to improve or is thr any need of hospitalization? We consulted doc in our city. Doc told us to continuously do CBC test. And he is taking fluids as well. No vomiting no sign of blood alhamdulillah. No fever now but platelets is low. Is this danger sign?

Full bed rest in needed in it. Or can travel from one city to another if needed
plz dont worry it still no need of worry untill bleeding starts platelets as low as 10,000 no need to worry take lit of water and avoid any injury it increases it own just wait and no need to do cbc daily just only do platelet count alternate day

Thankyou for ur reply. Travel is allowed in this or complete bed rest? And what foods are allowed to eat or juices only
