Talk to General Physician on Deficiency Of Vit D

My vit D level is 3ng/ml . I used Indrop D injections for 1 month one in a week also used D-Zak tablets and using CAC-1000 . My quetion is for how long should i use these injections or tablets or should i check vit D level again ? I have pain in right arm , shoulder and legs.
ideally if indrop injection is given intramuscular, then 1 injection is enough for 3 months. but if took indrop inj orally then once per week for 6 weeks. after 6 weeks get your vit d levels checked again. increase calcium in your diet.
