slam sir... sir koi ek months phaly ma na football match play kea taa.. without proper practice...us Match ma muja dehydration bout ho gie thi sir..mri zuban or gala bilkul dry ho geaa ta.or very next day mra BP bout increase ho geaa or still mra BP high rehta hn..kia dehydration ki waaja sa apka BP high ho jta hn? or second sir muja still bout thirsty feel hota hn.abi Winter ma bi maa 12 sa 14 Glass pani peta hn... eski Kia waaja hn sir....or mra feet ki taliaa bi burn hoti hn... plz guide kr dain thanks.no medical history before this
