Talk to General Physician on Delayed Sensation In Feet

Dear Respected doctors,

I am 31 years old having problem of Less and delayed (0.5-0.75 seconds) sensation in my feet up to little above my ankles, since I was 15 years old. Due to this problem, it is really difficult for me to wear Flip flops/chappals due to lack of grip in my feet and they go off my feet when i walk, have to wear sandals or boots. I have also difficulty in speaking sometimes like sometimes my voice starts to shake and have to talk with more power.

Please suggest me some treatment or good specialist and reason for this issue, as I am fed up from this. Please approve this as I am posting this second time.
