Take panadol or paracetamol tablets(500mg) 1 or 2 tablets, 4 hourly but not more than 8 tablets in 24 hours (one day.)
You can also do tepid water sponging in between.
If dengue, get Blood CBC done on alternate days.Remember platelets fall after the end if 5 days or a week when fever is settling down.
Take 2 litre of oral fluids by mouth.Keep yourself cool and hydrated.Dengue is mostly self-limiting but must have a doctor 's supervision.
