Use antihistamine like tab Zyrtec/Rigix/Antial 10mg once a day for itching. For diarrhea use probiotics like nestle yougurt, ishpagol husk, Enflor sachet twice a day. NO antibiotics please. Increase liquid intake along with soft diet ( rice, boil potatoes, egg white, shorba with homemade chapati, banana)

Symptomatic treatment. Take some anti allergy for itching Tab Softin 10mg one daily, Or Tab Fexet 120mg one daily. For diarrhea Cap Imodium 2mg twice a day. Drink alot of water. Weakness will take time so take care of your diet. Thank you.
