Talk to General Physician on Dengue

Assalam o alaikum My son diagnosed Dengue. Here I'm sharing his 4 days platelets count and other physical status. I'm requesting to Doctors tell me about his recovery and should I do? Is he fine? Is he recovering? Is he taking correct quantity of liquid or drinks?

Baby Age: 10 months 21 Sep : Dengue Diagnosed 21 Sep: platelets 137k 22 Sep: platelets 115k 23 Sep: platelets 85k 24 Sep: platelets 76k Haemoglobin: 13 to 11 now Medicine: Panadol syrup, replate syrup Meal: mother feed, formula milk, apple juice 2 Oz, sugar cane juice 1.5 oz, water 2 oz

Fever scale: 100 to 103 Tuesday and Wednesday full day fever Thursday and Friday fever 3 to 4 times Saturday fever 1 time(103 or 104 early morning) During fever baby cries, doesn't crawl, show laziness and completely absent mind while baby doesn't have fever he is active. (Can't visit to doctor bcz it is Sunday)
