you are in Pre diabetic phase . What is your current weight ? if u are overweight than try to reduce your weight witg diet and exercise .Do 45 min brisk walk daily and avoid sugar intake . Repeat test after 3 months . for ur consolation have your fasting blood glucose level test in morning before breakfast it should be less than 100
