I 've been using 1+1 m g glimepride and 50+50 m gvildagliptin +1000+1000 m g metformin for ten days my f b s has been 196 after taking 1st dose and today was 121 yesterday f b s was 115 but today at 11:45 level was 89 .Any change in dose plz?
Decrease the dose of glimepride take it ones a day and maintain your RBS after 2 hours of food below 140 before meal its should be 110
50 mg vildagliptin, 1 dose should be reduced
Make a bsl profile for a week and then consult.Continue with same treatment till then.

It's better for you to switch to combination of glimempride and metformin as eg Getformin 1/500mg tab one in morning and one in evening. Continue with home blood glucose monitoring and review after 2 weeks.
