Asking for Mother, Female, 56 years old, Karachi
Hi! My mother was pre diabetic and the sugar was well in control. But some days back she checked her sugar just before iftar and it was 144. Now I want to do her proper charting. So please tell at which time should I check her sugar and how many times in a day?
She was fasting ? When you Check this i mean before aftar ...
if So
regular check Up before Iftar will be her
Fasting Blood sugar.
and You can Check 2 hour after iftar as well regularly for 1 week
Check in evening 4_50clock or sometime at night 9,30or 10 o clock avoid sugar drinks take only one banana apple at aftari one khajoor no other sugar products
