صبح کے وقت کافی بعد میں نے چیک کی sugar 130 تک ہوتی ہے ۔ میں یہ پوچھنا چاہتا ہوں ہو کہ 81 لو شوگر کا مسئلہ تو نہیں ہے؟ اکثر جب بھی میں زیادہ چلتا ہوں ہو تو میرا سر بہت بھاری ہو جاتا ہے جیسے چکر آنا شروع ہو جائیں کل بھی ایسے ہی محسوس ہو رہا تھا تو میں نے میں نے شوگر چیک کروائیں تو 81 آئی ۔ مزید یہ بتائیں کہ اگر ایسی حالت ہو ہو تو کیا احتیاطی تدابیر مجھے ذہن میں رکھنی چاہیے یا کوئی دوا استعمال کرنی چاہیے یا کھانے پینے میں کیا احتیاط کرنی چاہیے

Mera HBA1C result 6.8 tha. means high sugar level
but Rozay ki haalat Mai ye 81 tak drop ho Gaya aur sar boht bhari tha. kahin ye ziada low level ki taraf to Nahi ja Raha jaisay achanak se behoshi

HbA1C is not correct and false positive results should be ruled out so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including OGTT... then everything will be cleared up
