my blood sugar is 180 and result of HB1C is 6.6 is this the begning of diseases . please also confimr the leval of blood sugar
Is this fasting sugar or after meal.
Blood sugar levels at different timing or relations with meals are given in the lab reports. Generally fasting should be below 100 mg/dl and 2 hrs post meal should not be above 140 mg/dl.

Plz get fasting level its border line hba1c should be more then 7.5 and fasting more then 125

You did not mention about the time at which your BS was tested. Blood sugar
random is alright if its just 180.
Do some dietary modifications and start exercise daily. You better go for
fasting BS that should be below 126mg/dl
Is that fasting or random blood sugar?normal fasting blood sugar should be
less than 126mg/dl and random less than 200mg/dl
