Diagnose Jaundice

I have been diagnosed with jaundice . Want to ask i was taking some medicines for my skin before my diagnosis.
Can i take those in jaundice ? Koi side effect to nai hoga
Ill share my reports and Medicines are hi berry  and zyto (azithromycin)
