Having diarhea and nausea plus vomitting and most importantly weakness what medicine and diet should i , i am feeding my baby, exclusively no any i stop feeding him if yes what forula shoul i give him. Regards

continue breast feeding , take Motilium 10 mg once daily for three days . increase your fluid intake light and non spicy food for some time.
