From yesterday I am facing watery stools , actually I have eaten pizza in 2nd last iftari and from then onwards I am facing stomach aching that comes and goes and watery stools till now I have done 12 stools in 2 days , I am taking smectra, ORS, novidat(2 times) , entamizole (2 times ) but still its not healing , kindly help me as mostly OPD's are not functional...

I did wenr to hospital but doctor said you better take ors as much as possible and smectra no need for drip.
