Diarrhoea Ibs

Question

Want to know about any probiotics have ibs-d and don’t want to eat any antidepressants plus I have no depression or anxiety. I have consulted many drs but no recovery. Goes to toilet once a day with shapeless poop which is the problem. I am very lean like 45kgs. Tried homeopathy, allopathy, hakeem thanks
