for tuberculosis pt anymultivitamin she can use but organic diet is preferable over the tablets like bone broth, fruits ,milk vegatble stock ,and exposure to sunlight with plenty of water
please give her vitamin b complex esp. vitamin b 6 and b12 with folic acid, try to give her a healthy diet.
