Talk to General Physician on Differential Count

Aoa i have recently done my cbc blood test.. CBC test shows normal values WBC is 7010 / cmm Ref Range: (4000 - 10000) But 2 values in Differential count are out of range Neutrophils 43% Ref Range (55-70) Lymphocytes 46% Ref Range (25-40) Monocytes 8% Ref Range (2-10) Eosinophils 3% Ref Range (0-4) Basophils 0% Ref Range (0-1) Bands 0% Ref Range (0-1)
LFT, ESR, HIV, HCV, HBsAg and BSR reports are normal..
if there anything to worry about..? Should i have to do any further tests..? i also have small gallstones..

medam.. i have light discomfort / pain in upper middle abdomen or sometimes i feel pain like feeling in upper right side of abdomen below rib..
Usually it happens on empty stomach or when i have a gastric problem..
i want to know whether i want to do further tests as differential count is out of range or its normal..??
