Talk to General Physician on Difficulty In Breathing

Assalamualaium. I am a 15year old girl. I am facing difficulty in breathing as well as shortness of breath from around 3 weeks. During this time , i also felt weird sounds (like bubbling) in my chest, sudden chest pains (like a sharp object is peircing my left side of the chest) . And in these recent days i am feeling weakness in my whole body, inactivity and backaches. All along this time , i was sleeping comfortably at night. I visited a GP about 11 days back and she didn't notice any abnormality in my respiratory sound. She prescribed a muscle relaxant (Nuberol Forte) and told me to take it once in a day before sleeping for about 3 days. I continued taking it for 5-6 days as i noticed that it was relieving my symptoms for a few hours . But I have stopped taking nuberol forte from 3 days and I am still facing difficulty in breathing, sudden chest pains , weakness and random pains in my body and indigestion too sometimes.
