Sir I'm facing problem in breathing while I breath normally sudden i feel that my breath not coming properly sir it might be because of noise level of covid 19 on media but when I m busy in my work I dont feel like I describe in above,, I think it's a psychic problem please help me out I m also not taking proper sleep
