Asking For Mother, Female 60, sargodha

AOA, my mother got operated 5days ago and after the operation doctors put a tube in her stomach via nose for the fluid and other stuff to exit the body as, according to them, her vanes are being "SHY" and will start to function properly within 2-3 days, but it's been 5 days and still the plastic tube is installed and a green fluid (digestive fluid) continues to come out of the body, they still say that its normal and will take 1-2 days more but being a son i am worried about that as the quantity of fluid coming out through that tube on 5th is more or less same as that on the 1st 2 days , kindly suggest is this normal or something is wrong, that would be helpful, thanks

her gal bladder has been operated, she confronted the disease 3 years ago but the pain was mild, she felt intense pain over a week ago and we admitted her to a hospital for laproscopic surgery but the doctor said her GB has been shrunk and got sticked to liver and kidney so they would have to remove GB surgically. After the operation doctors installed a pipe in her stomach via nose in order to make way for the fluid, they said as soon as her digestive system started to function they will remove it but its been 7 says and the fluid is still coming out and the quantity is same as that of 1st day, the picture of the fluid is attached, plz suggest
