I cintinously feel dizziness only when i stand up or do any chores or walk. Its feel like balance is getting out anf floating type feeling. I dont feel while sitting or lying down. What can be the reason.. i googles and its shows when iron is low it happens..i have donw thw twst plz guide me qbout reports

Yes i almost month back i hve severe throat infectiom which ia now cured.. took anibiotic.. i hv sinua issue on and off and mucus in throat..my gp told me to take montiget for 6 weeks and telfast also.. now throat pain happens mild soometime.. but this dizziness is bothering me.. i hve cervical xray also which is normal only muscular spasm.. any iron tablet recomend as transferrin is quite low.. is it someting go worry

no need to worry. ear infection secondary to sore throat can cause such symptoms.
