Talk to General Physician on Dizziness And Fever

I have been suffering from chest infection ( cough n mucus)recurring high fevers and normally it stays at 99, dizziness especially when the cycle is ending. Apart from that I have recurring migraine and urine infection quite often that needs to be treated with medication. Recently got these tests done ( attached)
I am Concerned with the weakness and dizziness i feel very often as mentioned. ( i had my first periods at the age of 10 and back then my dr advised me to take lots of iron supplements to make up for the excessive loss of blood )

You are advised to consult a physician to workout your clinical status keeping in view your complaints and ailment. Hb is on the lower side. Fever pattern alongwith vitals to be monitored as well as the urine. Did u have a complete treatment schedule taken for the Urine inf you mentioned.

and add ginger in your tea .your mucus problem will be resolved.
one thing i need to ask is the sputum white in color or yellowish ?
