Assalam o alaikum, i underwent a headup tilt test to acsertain the reasons of my light headedness, dizziness and feelings of falling down. The test came out to be positive meaning abnormal fluctuations in blood pressure/ heart rate. Can anyone please guide what are the remedial measures/ actions required to be taken? Thank you!
