Talk to General Physician on Dizziness, Unable To Concentrate

Hello, I hope you are doing well. For the past few days, I am unable to concentrate and feel dizzy like chakar aty hain. I was on antidepressants (half a tablet) for 1 month, Now I have not taken antidepressants for two days. It is due to the stoppage of medicine or some other factor?

Hey! First of all, Psychiatrist can suggest you about quitting or tapering off of antidepressants. Secondly, did you consult a Psychologist for therapy of depression? Multiple issues may arise dir to depression n one of them is lack of concentration/focus and interest in all daily life activities. Do,it needs to be dealt with. You need to take an appointment via Marham for detailed history and then further course of action will be suggested. Fortunately, Depression has treatment.

Please don't stop antidepressants abruptly.Resume your previous dose for the time being.Please consult your physician to gradually taper it after his assessment.
By physician,I mean a Psychiatrist or even a clinical Psychologist.
