Talk to General Physician on Dizzy Spells

My husband has been having these dizzy spells. Sometimes they are as common as bending down after which he immediately stands up and shakes his head. In his own words, “ yr ye kya horaha hai, aisa lagta hai puri dunga ghoom rahi hai” it is happening as often as 6,7 times in a day. He has recently been taking homeopathic medication for alopecia. He also has borderline sugar, uric acid on the higher side, cholesterol all due to being a bit overweight. Please note he is not very overweight. Please let me know the specialist i need to visit or any advice from doctors is most appreciated.

u need to do few tests.. do chek his sugar levels and blood pressure in both lying and standing positions and do his ECG as him enough fluids for proper he needs some neurological examination as well so take the patient to a qualified doc for proper assessment please.
