try to take good night sleep of at least 8 hrs daily. don't wake till late at night.....your symptoms are suggestive of vertigo ...you can start tablet stemetil 5 mg three times daily...avoid stress....
plz consult en ENT specialist. this may be vertigo and use the medicines prescribed accordingly.

and take some measures like...
sleep with your head slightly raised on two or more pillows
get up slowly when getting out of bed and sit on the edge of the bed for a minute or so before standing
avoid bending down to pick up items
avoid extending your neck – for example, while reaching up to a high shelf
move your head carefully and slowly during daily activities
do exercises that trigger your vertigo, so your brain gets used to it and reduces the symptoms (do these only after making sure you won't fall, and have support if needed)
Check your blood pressure also, if it is high try to lower it through medicine. Your pain will be reduced plus after temporary pain relief by pain killers, go for the option of Physiotherapy.
Through 3-4 sessions you will feel relaxed.
