Talk to General Physician on Drunk Whole Cosome Bottle

assalamualaikum I have drunk whole cosome bottle cough syrup . two days ago at night due to some stress . next day when I woke up I felt very dizzy like everything is moving in circular motion . . also my legs were like they had no energy to work . after some hours that problem was gone automatically but another problem was on the head like my jawline ends from both sides were swallon and had a pain liken I couldn't move my mouth . that problem was also becoming lesser but now I have continuous stomach ache plzzz tell me how to fix this without letting anyone ..
