Assalamu alaikum. I had too much cough with slight pain in throat while swallowing. Taking azomax 500 MG once... For how many days shall I take. Also advise syrrup for cough. It's worsened. Mostly dry sometimes little phlegm... Age 41 female

Take antibiotic for 3days.
Take warm saline gargle
Take antiallergic drug
get nebulization or take steam.
Dont worry.... I will advise u a cough syrup and best medication for your throat problem.... Azomax is not a good antibiotic used in throat problems.... U need to be treated according to latest American guidelines.... After 15 days course of medication u will be absolutely fine inshaAllah..... U can contact me through marham...

Dont take azomax.
Stop azomax after 3 days . You can add anti allergy tablet once daily .Do saline gargles and take steam inhalation from plain water. Thanks
