Talk to General Physician on Dry Mouth

My mouth remains very dry and colour of my tongue often gets whitish. I feel like taking water every now and then and consequently have to visit washroom quite frequently. I am taking lipid lowering drugs Lipirex 40 mg and Gempid 600 mg for last 16 years. I am not diabetic. Whom should i consult
